Monday and Friday: 8am to 6pm
Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday: 8am to 8pm
Saturday: 8am to 4pm
Sunday: Closed
Pricing: The Level System
Our service providers work on a level system that measures experience
and years of dedication. Those at higher levels are often educators that
have established a high client demand. A promotion to a new level is an
opportunity for advancement that encourages stability and growth at Contours
Spa & Wellness. We encourage our guests to comfortably change from
one service provider to another at any time, without guilt or difficulty.
Policies
Please arrive five to ten minute prior to your appointment. This allows
you enough time to check in at the Receptionist Desk and prepare yourself
for your service. For a Day of Beauty Service or if this is your first
visit to Contours Spa & Wellness, please arrive 15 minutes prior to
the start of your service. This will allow us time to welcome you.
Cancellations
We require 24 hour notice of any service cancellation. We reserve appointment
time with your credit card. Your card will be charged in the event that
a service is cancelled with less than 24 hours notice. For any multiple
spa service, we require a minimum of 48 hours notice for any cancellation
or change of appointments.
Cell Phones
Cell phone usage is never allowed in any area of the spa. In the salon
& wellness center, please use these devices with respect.
Children
Children are never allowed in the spa. A spa room is only appropriate
for you and your therapist. A busy salon floor is an inappropriate place
to entertain children. If it is necessary to have your child with you,
please be respectful of other people's privacy.
Packages
Packages are not transferable.
